Martinez Unified School District advertised and requested proposals for Office Equipment and Related Technology and Services to the general public on April 14^th 2025.  After review of submitted proposals, Ubeo Busines Services was selected as the most responsive proposal.  Martinez Unified School District’s Board of Education reviewed and approved the final contract and master enabling agreement June 23^rd, 2025. 

All products, pricing and services offered in the contract and by the Contractor shall be made available to the following: (aka “piggybacking” (Educ. Code § 17595; Pub. Cont. Code §§ 20118.)) all public educational organizations to include all Colleges, Community Colleges (CCC) and Universities, TK-12 Schools Districts, all local government entities at the city and county levels, non-profit groups, religious organizations, and government funded medical providers.

The contract began on July 1^st 2025 and has a five year initial term ending on June 30^th 2030.  The contract contains five 1-year extensions.
