Community Flyers
Public Flyer Distribution Criteria
MUSD accepts informational flyers from non-profit organizations, government entities, and community groups offering cultural, educational, or recreational opportunities for our students.
Criteria for Approval:

Flyers must support MUSD Governing Board goals and provide a clear benefit to our school community.

Materials cannot promote political organizations or interests.

The sponsoring entity’s name and contact details must be visible.

The following disclaimer must be printed on the flyer: "This is not a program of the Martinez Unified School District (MUSD) and MUSD accepts no liability or responsibility for this program."
Once approved, flyers are uploaded to the MUSD Flyer webpage for 30 days. Please note that MUSD no longer distributes paper flyers to individual school sites.
To submit a flyer for consideration, please email your document to dpadilla@martinez.k12.ca.us. Flyers that fail to meet these requirements will not be approved.
